Amelia Dumas

Amelia Dumas, 95, died in Okmulgee Saturday, December 11, 2004. She was born in East Boston, Massachusetts in September 15, 1909 to Guiseppe and Margarita (DiGuilio) Minichiello. Before her retirement she worked in sales at a department store. She moved to Okmulgee in 2000. Her parents, husband, and two brothers preceded her in death.

Survivors include two sons, Lou and wife Glenda Dumas of Okmulgee, and Frank and wife Ann Marie Dumas of Boston, Mass, three sisters Phyllis Turcotte of Pittsburgh, PA, Ann Banks of Saugus, Mass, and Mary Smith of Lynn, Mass, seven grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be on Thursday, December 16, 2004 at 2 pm in the Morris Cemetery Chapel with Bro. Sean Kennedy officiating. Burial will be in the Morris Cemetery under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
