Arthur Foster, 63, a former Beggs resident, died Thursday, August 12, 2004 in Edmond, OK. He was born April 24, 1941.

Graveside services will be on Tuesday, August 17, 2004 at 1:30 PM at the Okmulgee Cemetery with Dr. Dennis Taylor officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
