Lillian Annath

Lillian Annath 79, longtime resident of Okmulgee, died in Tulsa on Saturday, October 28, 2006. She was born in Okmulgee on February 15, 1927 to Oscar and Eula (Cox) Hill. Lillian graduated from Okmulgee High School in 1945. She married Robert Annath in Okmulgee September 14, 1957. Lillian worked for 32 years for the State of Oklahoma as a supervisor with the Department of Human Services. She was a member of the New Beginnings Church of God, the Nettie B. Fair chapter of the Eastern Star, Women’s Missionary, The Ball Group, ’27 Club, Okmulgee Memorial Hospital Auxiliary and the Okmulgee County Democratic Party. Her parents, two brothers Oscar Hill Jr., Oren Hill, sister Anna Mary Hill, and a sister in law Ramona Hill preceded her in death.

Survivors include her husband Robert "Bob" Annath of the home, a brother Edward and wife Patsy Hill of Ponca City, OK, one nephew Bryan Hill of Wichita, KS, two nieces Debbie and husband Jeff Twilley of Jenks, OK, Darragh and husband Dave Young of Wichita, KS, a great niece Stephanie Twilley of San Diego, CA a great nephew Joey Twilley of Jenks, OK and a Aunt, Bertha Hill of Okmulgee and other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, November 2, 2006 at 2 pm at the 1st Assembly of God Church in Okmulgee. Rev. Raymond Doke will officiate. Burial will be in the Oktaha Cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday 12 until 8 pm at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee. Condolences may be made at mcclendon-winters.com
