Anton Bileck, Jr.

Anton Bileck Jr. 85, a longtime resident of Okmulgee, passed away on Friday, December 7, 2007. He was born in Schulter, Oklahoma on April 19, 1922 to Anton and Anna Bileck Sr. He served in the U.S. navy during WW II and was stationed in Hawaii. Anton was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church, the Elks Lodge and loved to golf.

Anton is survived by his wife Nancy of 58 years, one daughter Toni Ghazal of Olympia, Washington and one son Craig Bileck of Beggs, four grandchildren; Mark, Eric, Rachel and Emily, who will miss him. He is also survived by one sister, Phyllis Burriss of Bartlesville.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday at 2 pm at the McClendon-Winters Chapel with Fr. Benjamin Vima officiating. Burial will be in the Okmulgee Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday 12-8 pm.
