Chester Maloy Childers 85, a resident of Schulter, Oklahoma, died at his home in Schulter on Friday, April 06, 2007. He was born in Pharoah, Oklahoma to Luther Zachamaria and Grace Erbia (Barnes) Childers on March 4, 1922. He worked as a carpenter. Chester enjoyed drawing, painting, fishing, hunting, playing music and visiting with friends and family.

Survivors include his wife Carol Childers of the home, six daughters; Sharon Bramel of Okemah, OK, Virginia Willhite of Vian, OK, Ulonda Childers of Oklahoma City, OK, Pam Maxwell, Jodi Childers and Brandi Childers all of Schulter, OK and one son Anthony Childers of Schulter, OK, six grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
