G.L. Durham

G.L. Durham, 77, of Glenpool passed away on Thursday, April 1, 2004 at a local Nursing Center. He was born on August 18, 1926 to Hughie Hendricks and Floy Ann (Smith) Durham in Bixby, Oklahoma. Mr. Durham was a Veteran of the United States Army and worked as a Machinist for Lee C. Moore in Tulsa. He loved to farm and work in the hay field. His parents Hughie and Floy Ann Durham and three brothers Dorrell Durham T.W. Durham and Lloyd Durham preceded him in death.

Survivors Include his wife Betty (Fisher) Durham of Glenpool, two sisters, Augusta Phillips of Glenpool and Betty Pentecost of Broken Arrow. Many Nieces and Nephews are also surviving.

Funeral Services are 2:00 PM on Monday, April 5, 2004 at the Liberty Baptist Church in Liberty Morris with Pastors Jeff Ward and Jeff Connett officiating. Interment will follow in the Fisher Family Cemetery under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee.

Casketbearers will be Randy Kelley, Ralph Fisher, Kenny Fisher, Charlie Fisher, Ben Todd, Junior Chronister, and Gerald Devore.
