Annie Mae Fisher

Annie Mae Fisher, 72, of Beggs passed away on Saturday, January 22, 2005 at the Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa, OK. She was born on June 9, 1932 in Beggs, OK to Clive Orie Townsell Sr. and Lela (Smith) Townsell. Mrs. Fisher was a member of the Church of Praise and Worship Apostolic Church in Okmulgee and was very active as a Sunday School Teacher. She had attended the Wheatly High School. Her husband was Charlie "Boomer" Fisher he preceded her in death on February 10, 1989. She was also preceded in death by her parents Clive Sr. and Lela Townsell and three sisters Florene Townsell, Geraldine Townsell and Bernice Townsell.

Survivors include her son Michael and his wife Connie Fisher of Tulsa, three daughters Pamela and her husband Ronald Johns-Grayson of Beggs, Barbara and her husband John Smith of Tulsa, Bridgette and her husband Steve Reagan of Tulsa Five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren, one brother Clive Orie Townsell Jr. of Beggs, two sisters Jerletha Jeffery of Tulsa and Ruby Peters of Tulsa. Many Nieces, Nephews and friends also survive.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2005 at 11:00 am at the First Assembly of God Church in Beggs. Interment will follow in the Beggs Cemetery under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home.

Casketbearers will be Ronald Grayson Jr., Joe Martel Jr., Avance Lampkin, Clarence Williamson, Nathaniel Thompson and Marland Fisher.
