Roy Gumm

Roy E. Gumm, 60, a resident of Mounds, died on August 29, 2008. Roy was born on December 25, 1947 in Lufkin, Texas to Ruben Earl and Eula M. (Hollingsworth) Gumm. He worked as a union carpenter.

Roy was preceded in death by his father, Ruben Earl Gumm, his wife, Carol (Crafton) Gumm, and a son, James D. Gumm.

He is survived by his mother, Eula M. Gumm, a sister Dorothy Donato, two brothers; Raymond Gumm and Kenneth Gumm, and two nieces; Reesa Shearer and Cindy Howard.

Graveside services will be held at the McNeil Cemetery in Lufkin, Texas. Graveside Services will be on Thursday, September 4, 2008 at 2:00 P.M. under the direction of McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Online condolences may be made at mcclendon-winters.com
