Anna Mae Harbison

Anna Mae Harbison went home to be with her Lord on October 14, 2008. She was born in Haskell, Oklahoma on March 18, 1926. She married Eugene Harbison on October 11, 1945, had one daughter, Imogene, who was born in September of 1946. They were long time residents of Okmulgee, Oklahoma. Anna Mae retired from Okmulgee Public School System. She enjoyed working in her yard, preaching the gospel, and spending time with her family. Anna was known to her family and friends as a God fearing prayer warrior. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, who will be greatly missed.

Her husband, Eugene Harbison, her daughter, Imogene Garretson, her parents and several siblings, precedes her in death.

She is survived by her granddaughters, Kristy Garretson of Moore, Oklahoma and Gina and spouse Kyle Janzen of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, two great-grandchildren, Kylie and Kade Janzen, and son-in-law, Bill Garretson of Moore, Oklahoma.

Pallbearers will be Earl Dickie, Darrel Morland, Kyle Janzen, Bill Garretson, Carl Harbison and Don Brown.

Funeral services will be at 10 am, Saturday at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home with Pastor Notchie Twist officiating. Burial will be in the Moore City Cemetery at 3:30 pm on Saturday under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday, 1-8 pm at the funeral home.
