Chris Hoffman

Chris Alaine Hoffman, 61, died at the Wagoner Community Hospital on August 2, 2008. She was born in Okmulgee on June 24, 1947 to Wadie B. and Joann (Addison) Patrick. Chris was a 1965 graduate of Okmulgee High School. She was employed at Flight Safety Inc. She married Earl Hoffman on January 26, 2001. She was a member of the Rebecca Lodge and attended the Prairie View Pentecostal Church in Hulbert.

Chris was preceded in death by her father, Wadie Patrick, and one grandson, Braden Genet.

She is survived by her Husband, Earl, of the home, two daughters; Lisa Day of Hulbert, Oklahoma, Kim Genet and husband Bryan of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, her mother, Joann Patrick of Okmulgee, a brother, David Patrick of Tulsa, and three grandchildren; Kaytlan Day, Desiere Genet and Baylee Genet.

Funeral services will be on August 7, 2008 at 10:00 A.M. at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee with Reverend Lawrence Matlock officiating.
