Steven Matthew Hogue

Steven Matthew Hogue, 21, died east of Morris on Sunday, June 12, 2005. He was born on March 19, 1984 to Lisa Roberts and Tom Hogue in Okmulgee, OK. Steven attended elementary school at Twin Hills, and then later attended Morris Schools where he graduated May 2003. During his time at Morris Schools he was active in Band where he enjoyed playing the drums and guitar. He had earned many plaques in the band. He was presently employed at Braumís Ice Cream as a Breakfast Manager in Okmulgee where he had been employed for over three years. He enjoyed and loved his motorcycle and enjoyed his rides with his brother and Grandpa and his friends.

Survivors include his parents Lisa Roberts and her husband James of Wetumka, OK, Tom Hogue and his wife Vickie of Cleveland, OK his brother Tommy Joe Hogue and wife Leah of Okmulgee, his sister Stephanie Dawn Rusco and husband Craig of Morris, OK, Step Brothers Luke Roberts and Jayson Roberts both of Oklahoma City, James Russell Roberts of Tulsa, Grandparents Darrel and Billie Foster of Boynton, OK, Don and Sharon Hogue of Cleveland, OK, Dick and Barbara Hemphill of Terlton, OK, Niece Alexis Rusco and Cheyenne Hogue, Nephews Bryston Hogue and Ryan Rusco and his loving friend Andrea Carson and her daughter Angel.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM on Thursday, June 16, 2005 at Trinity Baptist Church with Reverend David Hamilton and Pastor Jerry Orsburn officiating. Interment will follow in the Morris Cemetery under the direction of the McClendon-Winters funeral Home, Okmulgee. Viewing will be on Wednesday, June 15, 2005 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee from 10:00 AM until 8:00 PM.

Casketbearers will be Luke Roberts, Eric Pierce, TJ Hogue, Craig Rusco, Jason Pruitt, John Hall, Richard Boone and Arron Hurst.

Honorary Casketbearers will be Russell Stanton, Nacomis Williams and Cody Romero.
