Jack Andrew Jewell

Jack Andrew Jewell 53, resident of Okmulgee, died in Okmulgee on Wednesday. Jack was born October 22, 1952 in Mason City, West Virginia to Cecil and Lytie (Chatman) Jewell. He was a construction contractor. Jack loved his Harley motorcycle, singing karaoke and was the best dad anyone had. His parents preceded him in death.

Survivors include five sons; Robert and his wife Misty Jewell, Wayne and his wife Kim Jewell, Jason and his wife Kerry Jewell and Erin Arnold all of Okmulgee, Chris and his wife Cheryl Kopp of Ft. Smith, Arkansas, one brother; Robert Jewell of La Verne, California, two sisters; Sue Edmonds of Okmulgee and Zettie Johnson of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and seven grandchildren.

A celebration of Jack’s life will be on Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at 2 pm at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Okmulgee Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, 11-8 pm. Condolences can be made at www.mcclendon-winters.com.
