Jeremy Leonard Jones

Jeremy Leonard Jones 22, a resident of Morris, Ok died as a result of an automobile accident Friday, January 4, 2008. Jeremy was born on April 9, 1985 in Okmulgee to James Leonard Jones and Darla Sue Morrow. He graduated from Morris High School in 2003 and attended Northeastern State University. He was an employee of Osage Million Dollar Casino. He was a member of the Elks Lodge. He was preceded in death by a brother Kacy Leonard Jones in August of 2007.

Survivors include his mother; Darla Sue Morrow of Morris, his father; James Leonard Jones of Okmulgee, paternal grandmother; Eva R. Troyer of Okmulgee and maternal grandparents; R.C. and Rose Morrow of Okmulgee.

Visitation will be on Sunday, 12-8 PM at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Morris. Funeral services will be Monday, 2 PM, at the Trinity Baptist Church in Morris with Pastor Richard Kerr officiating. Interment will follow in the Morris Cemetery. Condolences may be made at mcclendon-winters.com.
