Marlan Lee
Marlan Gene Lee,
longtime Okmulgee resident died Saturday, April 4, 2009 at the age 62.
He was born April 28, 1946 in Okmulgee to Tuffy and Betty (Farrill) Lee.
He was a long time employee at Greenwood Lake, Okmulgee Cemetery and
Okmulgee County. Marlan was a
member of Calvary Baptist Church.
He enjoyed family get-togethers and going fishing with his son.
He was preceded in death by his parents, two uncles and five aunts.
Survivors include his son, Micah Lee, whom he affectionately referred to
as “Partner”, of Okmulgee, dear friend, Brenda Kay Mobley of Washington,
Oklahoma, uncle Philip and Barbara Farrill of Okmulgee, many cousins and
friends. He was also survived by
his caregivers, Pam, Cheryl and Kay.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at the
Calvary Baptist Church with Reverend Lawrence Matlock officiating.
Interment will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery.
Casketbearers will be Paul Farrill, Michael Farrill, Wayne Polk, Tim
Ingram, Gerald Jackson and Terrell Lawson.
