Daniel Ray Marks

Daniel Ray Marks 56, a resident of Gun Barrel, Texas, died in Okmulgee on Friday.  He was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa on October 3, 1952 to Leroy R. and Bernadine A. (Garwood) Marks.  Mr. Marks was retired from the United States Army.  He was preceded in death by his parents, six brothers and sisters; Kevin Marks, Steven Marks, David Marks, Michael Marks, Scott Marks, and Denise Marks Baker.

 

Survivors include his wife; Kellie Wilson Marks, two daughters; Addona Hakenson and Monica Hayes, two sisters; Renee Hanrahan, Michelle Smith, three brothers; Richard Marks, Brian Marks, and Lyle Marks.

 

Military funeral services have been set for Sunday, April 5, 2009 at 10 am at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee,OK.  Burial will be in the Mr. Calvary Cemetery in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.  Condolences may be made at mcclendon-winters.com.
