Richard Neal Ramsey, 56, a resident of Wichita, Kansas, died Saturday morning, February 24, 2007 in Wichita. He was born September 17, 1950 in Fullerton, California to Neal and Orpha Wyvonne (Stephens) Ramsey. Richard lived all of his life in California prior to moving to Wichita 18 months ago. He worked for Boeing and was a guitarist. Richard had a great love for music. He was preceded in death by his mother. Survivors include his father, Neal Ramsey of Tulsa, sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Bob Malloy of Red Oak, Texas, a niece, Amy Cleveland and husband Bobby of Edmond, Oklahoma and a great niece and nephew, Madison and Skylar.
