Juanita Pauline Rodgers, 87, Okmulgee resident passed away on Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at her home. Mrs. Rodgers was born in Stigler, OK on October 12, 1917 to James Nathan and Gertie Molton. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Okmulgee for Fifty-six years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Nathan and Gertie Molton, her husband James Norman Rodgers Sr. and a son James Norman Rodgers Jr. brothers Lester Molton, Thomas Burl Molton, William R Molton, two sisters Myrtle and Sybil, a niece Kitty Molton Edler.

Survivors include three nieces Linda (Molton) Frederick and her husband Jim of Okmulgee, Darlene (Molton) Kloos and her husband Roland and Toni Molton several great nieces and nephews and a host of friends.

Funeral Services will be 10:00 AM on Monday, October 10, 2005 at McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel in Okmulgee with Pastor Jimmy Lopez officiating. Interment will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery under the direction of McClendon-Winters Funeral Home. Viewing will be on Sunday, October 9, 2005 at the Funeral Home from 1:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
