June May Smith, resident of Henryetta, died Thursday, February 15, 2007 at Henryetta Medical Center at the age of 70. She was born June 1, 1936 in Snyder, Texas to the late William Luther and Floy Esther (Mendenhall) Cain. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Smith, in 1995. Survivors include four children, Mildred Roman and husband Day and their children, Wesley and David Roman, Tex Beezley and his four children, Rose Levan and her children, Jennifer Levan, Darwin Bagby, Jessica Bagby and Jeremy Hartley and wife Barbara and their children, Barbara, Britney and Jeremy Hartley, Jr., and Roger Reese and his children Roger Reese, Jr., Tiffany Reese, Robert Reese, Elizabeth Reese, Sarah Reese, Nevaeh Reese and Gabriel Reese. A funeral service will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, February 19, 2007 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in the Sonora Cemetery under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee. Friends may visit from 1-8 P.M. on Sunday.
