Faye Lucille Stacy

Faye Lucille Stacy was born in Okfuskee, Oklahoma on August 2, 1929. She departed this life August 22, 2006, at the age of 77 years and 20 days.

She was married to Silas R. Stacy, July 17, 1944.

Faye lived her for her faith, family, and friends. At the time of her passing she was a member of the United Pentecostal Church in Morris, Oklahoma.

She is survived by her husband, Sie, of the home. Two sons, Raymond Stacy and wife, Treva, of Springdale, Arkansas, and Russell Stacy and wife, Jennie, of Bixby, Oklahoma. Two daughters, Sue Clark and husband, Charles, of Fischers, Indiana, and Renee Raley and husband, Eddie, of Mounds, Oklahoma. Ten grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one infant Son, Gary Phillip Stacy her Dad, Benjamin Rice, and Mother, Lou Rice, four brothers, Almond, Almos, Sherman and Edgar Rice, two sisters, Bertha Evans and Yvonne Courtney.

Faye also leaves behind other relatives and a multitude of friends.

Funeral services will be held 2:30pm Friday, August 25, 2006, at the United Pentecostal Church of Morris with Reverend Elroy Martin and Charles Clark officiating. Casket bearers will be Bill McCrorey, Tony Stacy, Marty Stacy, Rodney Stacy, Chris Bowen and Clint Merriman. Interment will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery. Friends may visit from 12-8 pm on Thursday. Arrangements are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
