Edward Sugar

Edward Lewis (Sonny) Sugar, 67, a resident of Beggs, died.  He was a retired wielder and was an avid fisherman.  He is survived by two sons; Michael and wife Isbell Sugar of Tulsa, Eddie David Sugar of Beggs, companion; Judy Sarniento of Beggs, mother of his children Lawana Sugar a grandson: Isaiah Lewis of Okmulgee and a grand daughter Miranda Bigpound, a brother; Luther and his wife Pam Polk of Okmulgee, three nephews; Earl Wayne Polk of Okmulgee, Thomas Longnecker of Texas, and John Qualls of Beggs.

There will be no viewing.  Services will be on Monday at 10:30 am at the Calvary Baptist Church with Alfred Berryhill and Pastor Lawrence Matlock officiating.  Arrangements under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee.
