McCLENDON-WINTERS FUNERAL HOME "Dignity without Compromise"
Richard Alan "Ricky" Sullins Richard Alan "Ricky" Sullins, 40,
resident of Okmulgee, died Monday afternoon, June 18, 2007
at OSU Medical Center in Tulsa. He was born June 29, 1966 in
Redondo Beach, California. Ricky was a machinist and
mechanic with a great love for working on and painting cars.
He was an avid NASCAR Fan and enjoyed collecting ball caps.
Ricky also had a great love for music. He was preceded in
death by his grandparents and a sister, Cheryl Rene Sullins.
Survivors include his father, Dale Sullins of Okmulgee,
mother and step-father, Sue and Chester Hill of Lafayette,
Louisiana, a daughter, Holly Guinn of Tomball, Texas, two
brothers, Wayne Sullins of Boston and Russell Sullins of
Okmulgee, two step-brothers, Troy Hill of Lafayette and
Jason Hill of the U.S. Navy, Japan, a step-sister, Angela
Turner and husband Chris of Brookshire, Texas, and numerous
aunts, uncles and cousins. A graveside service will be held
at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, June 21, 2007 at the Sonora Cemetery
with Les Sullins officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial
contributions may be made to the AIDS Foundation or the
Hospice of the donor’s choice in Rick’s memory. Arrangements
are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral
