Omah Gladys Taylor

Omah Gladys Taylor 91, past resident of Morris, died in Muskogee on Sunday, July 20, 2003. Mrs. Taylor was born in Sevier County, Arkansas on March 18, 1912 to G.W. and Addie E. (Johnson) Hull. She retired from St. Johnís Hospital after 20 years of employment and moved to Morris, Oklahoma. She has lived in Muskogee for the past five years, where she was a member of the Eastern Heights Baptist Church. Her parents, her husband, and fifteen brothers and sisters preceded her in death.

Survivors include one daughter, Elizabeth and husband Rev. David Kelley of Muskogee, OK, two granddaughters and three great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, July24, 2003 at 9:30 am at the Eastern Heights Baptist Church in Muskogee. Rev. Bobby Smith will officiate. Burial will be in the Bellville Cemetery in Locksburg, Arkansas at 4 pm Thursday under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Okmulgee. Visitation will be on Tuesday and Wednesday until 8 pm, at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home ion Okmulgee.
