Lydia Pauline Tittle, a resident of Broken Arrow and former longtime Okmulgee resident died Sunday, October 28, 2007 at St. Francis Hospital South. She was born February 4, 1923 in Pawtucket, Rhode Island to Julius and Pauline Wagner. She married Rudy O. Tittle on January 12, 1946 in Rhode Island and later that year they moved to Oklahoma. After residing in Oklahoma for a year, Rudy and Lydia moved to California where they lived for 32 years, before returning to Oklahoma in 1979. She was a faithful member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Okmulgee and an active volunteer at Okmulgee Memorial Hospital and later St. Francis Hospital of Broken Arrow. She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Kenneth Wayne Tittle in 1992. Survivors include her husband, Rudy O. Tittle of the home, a daughter, Joyce Lynn Schwartz of Broken Arrow, a brother, Arnold Wagner of Nashville, Illinois, a granddaughter, Deborah and a grandson David. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 31, 2007 at Trinity Lutheran Church with Reverend Myles Schultz officiating.
