Louie Lee Wadsworth, Sr.
Louie Lee Wadsworth Sr, 72,
resident of Okmulgee, died on Sunday, February 3, 2007. He
was born in Nelagoney, Oklahoma on July 16, 1935 to Charlie
Robert and Eva May (Cole) Wadsworth Sr. He married Carolyn
Charlene Kanatzar June 24, 1963 in Sedan, Kansas. He loved
to hunt, fish garden, bees, watching wrestling and spending
time with his family. He was a butcher at Okmulgee IGA and
Warehouse Market for several years. He was preceded in death
by his parents, a brother Thurman Wadsworth and a sister,
Goldie Reeves.
Survivors include his wife of
44 years Carolyn of the home, four daughters; Goldie Wilhelm
of Mannford, OK, Debbie Johnson of Conway, Arkansas, Sylvia
Radford of Pawhuska, Ok, Rayma Nuckolls of Preston, Ok ,
three sons: Louie Wadsworth Jr. of Tulsa, Kevin Wadsworth
Sr. of Okmulgee, Ok, Bobby Wadsworth Sr. of Porter, OK, a
sister; Lottie Ozburn of Pawhuska, OK, two brothers Charlie
Wadsworth Jr. of Pawhuska, Ok and Richard Wadsworth of
Oolagah, Ok, 16 grandchildren including the three amigos,
Tina, Kimberly and Lindsay, and 15 great grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday 1 PM
at the Second Baptist Church with Rev. Dwayne Colvin
officiating. Casketbearers will be Michael Nuckolls, Doug
Lawrence, Austin Barrington, Jason Morrow, Blake Nuckolls
and Kevin Wadsworth, Jr. Honorary casketbearers will be
Bradley Allen, Ryan Nuckolls, Makayla Nuckolls, and Bobby
Wadsworth, Jr. Visitation will be on Tuesday 9-8 PM at the
McClendon-Winters Funeral Home. Interment will be in the
