Pearl Opal Webb

Pearl Opal Webb, lifelong Okmulgee resident, died Friday evening, August 26, 2005 at Highland Park Manor in Okmulgee. She was 90 years of age. Mrs. Webb was born April 27, 1915 to Judson and Minnie Mae (McAdams) Boss in Okmulgee. She was a homemaker and had worked at Kress Department Store. She married William Lester Webb who preceded her in death in January 1985. She was also preceded in death by her parents, a daughter, Carolyn Jeanette Webb Gainor, a son, Jimmy Webb, six brothers, Waldo, Kenneth, Bill, Jay, Henry, and Claude, and two sisters, Mable and Roberta. Survivors include her sons, Willard Webb of Mounds, Oklahoma and Tommy Webb of Dayton, Ohio, two granddaughters, Tammy Bassler and Kim Gainor and two great grandchildren.

The funeral service for Mrs. Webb will be 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, August 30, 2005 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tim Hinds officiating. Interment will follow in the Okmulgee Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home of Okmulgee.
