Bessie Lenora White, 77, died in Okmulgee on Thursday, May 26, 2005. Mrs. White moved from Forestville, California to Okmulgee 2 ½ years ago. She was born on April 28, 1928 in Joplin, Missouri to Daniel and Lillian (Pimm) Satterfield. Her parents, husband, Wylie White, and a son, Richard White, preceded her in death.

Survivors include two daughters; Dovie and husband Dennis Carter of Okmulgee, Toni and husband Jerry Ellis of Hinesville, Georgia, a brother Aaron and wife Betty Satterfield of Missouri, nine grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

Internment service will be announced at a later date.
