Roddy V. Williams, 73, of Oklahoma City passed away on Monday, May 23, 2005 at Mercy Medical Center in Oklahoma City. He was born March 31, 1932 in Beggs, OK to Timothy Edgar and Mary Ethel (Metcalf) Williams, they precede him in death. Mr. Williams worked as an aircraft mechanic at Tinker Airforce Base in Midwest City, OK and was a veteran of the Korean War.

Survivors include his son Rodney Williams of Oklahoma City and two daughters Jody Williams of Oklahoma City and Vickie Eaton of Tulsa, three sisters Emma Reed, of Sapulpa Katie Harvey of Beggs, Nita Myles of Tulsa, four brothers Clarence Williams of Sapulpa, Tim Williams of Henryetta, Carlos Williams of Sapulpa and Dean Williams of Sand Springs.

Funeral Services are 10:00 AM on Friday, May 27, 2005 at the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Beggs. Interment will follow in the Beggs Cemetery under the direction of the McClendon-Winters Funeral Home in Beggs with Military Honors being provided by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1189 of Okmulgee and #539 of Henryetta.
